Would you like to give your child a head start in school?
Use a technique many schools are using with great success. Schools have found that when children relax they feel happier, work better and behaviour improves. Our guided meditations have been used in Schools across the UK, and by listening to one for just a few minutes each day, your child will learn the skill of relaxation and hopefully this will become a skill for life.
The meditations are for two age groups:
Meditation 1 is for ages 4-6
Meditation 2 is for ages 7-11
And we haven’t forgotten that grownups need to relax too - try Meditation 3 and notice the difference!
